  1. Update your bank account manually

Generally QuickBooks automatically updates the bank transactions for many banks at 10PM every night. But if you find any delay in updating, you can update the bank transactions manually to get the latest bank transactions. For this, you need to follow the below steps.

  • Navigate to the Banking Menu.
  • Navigate on to Banking Tab.
  • Click on to Update.

When you update your bank transactions manually, you will get the latest updated transactions. Remember the number of transactions will always be the same or more after updating but never be less than before. With this step, you can rectify the bank error in QuickBooks.

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online Bank Account

Now login your online bank account in your bank website. You can use the URL as provided to you. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate on to Banking Menu.
  2. You need to choose the link account. Please note that you are not supposed to add new account but  you need to use the listed URL.
  3. Now find your bank account to select it.
  4. You can copy the URL as listed for your bank account.
